With 20 years of passion carefully cultivated in Japan, we have preserved our cherished recipes and brought them across the ocean to Los Angeles.
“La BOMBANCE,” which first opened in Nishi-Azabu 20 years ago, has since expanded to Kansui Park (Toyama), Kouri Island (Okinawa), and Hong Kong, earning Michelin Guide recognition for 10 consecutive years. Similarly, “Sudachi” in Hiroo (Tokyo) has been featured in the Michelin Guide from 2023 to 2025, marking its 10th anniversary in 2025.
Our logo, inspired by cherry blossoms, reflects our gratitude to our guests, the essence of our cuisine, and the journey of our history across the ocean to California, symbolized by the state bird, the California quail.
We invite you to indulge in some of Tokyo’s finest kaiseki cuisine, made with abundant seasonal ingredients, right here in Los Angeles.
